As most of our camera shots are close up and don't require a background or only require a blank background, we don't need many locations to shoot our music video.
One of the locations we used was just simply, a room with a flat wall on which we blue-tacked large sheets of white paper. This was used for our slow motion shots. We didn't need a background for the shots of the eye opening as they are extreme close-up shots. The only place we specifically used a location for so far is the close-up shot of a glass bottle through which you can see cars and their headlights. For this we needed to find a fairly busy road with not many pedestrians so as not to disturb our filming. We chose a roundabout close to our school which has frequent cars that drive in different directions creating a really nice effect when sped up on iMovie.
Another location we need is for the scene in which the camera tracks through various different materials and finally ends up in a small dark room with an old lady and a crystal ball. We haven't shot this yet but to film it we need a small room and with a round table in the middle. This shouldn't be too hard to find as our school has many rooms suitable for this scene.
